The book "Wings: The story of a band on the run" is described as a deeply personal story about the band, told by Paul McCartney.
The book also contains 150 black and white photographs, many of which have not been shown before, according to Billboard.
"I'm so glad to return to the Wings era and relive our crazy adventures through this book", says Paul McCartney in a statement.
Wings was formed in 1971 by Paul McCartney and his then-wife Linda McCartney, a year after the dissolution of The Beatles.
"Wings: The Story of a Band on the Run" will be published in November.
