Completely new material written by scriptwriters such as Fanna Ndow Norrby and Arvid Swedrup, performed by actors like Ayan Ahmed, Granit Rushiti and many others, transforms Stockholmsteatern Maxim into a creative center during "Creative Sundays" on November 17 and 24.
In total, around 40 actors will read six new plays. With the project, the organizers want to showcase the diversity of stories that rarely get to take place on theater stages in Sweden.
There is a hungry longing among the audience to see themselves and their realities on stage, which is why we challenge the norms for which stories are told and by whom, says the project's producer Sara Zommorodi.
