A resident of an LSS accommodation in Luleå was left naked on the floor with injured arms by an employee. This emerges from the municipality's Lex Sarah notification to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO), reports NSD.
The incident occurred in September. The vulnerable person had both arms in a cast after a previous fall accident. When the person fell again without being able to get up, an employee refused to help. Instead, the person was told to get up on their own, according to the notification.
It took half an hour before another employee discovered the incident. The person was then taken to the hospital.
The employee who refused to help has been suspended pending the HR department's employment law investigation.
