Basketball star LeBron James will be joined by his son Bronny James in Los Angeles Lakers.
It is clear after Lakers chose 19-year-old James the younger as 55th in the second round of the NBA draft.
Never before has a father and son played together in the league, let alone in the same team.
That Bronny was drafted by Los Angeles is certainly no guarantee that father and son will actually stand on the same court together. LeBron James can become a so-called "free agent" next week, which means he can choose to leave Lakers, which he has played for since 2018, and sign with another club.
Bronny has played college basketball for University of Southern California in Los Angeles before the draft.
Father LeBron James, 39, has won four NBA titles and is the league's all-time leading scorer. The coming season will be his 22nd in the league, a record he will share with Vince Carter.
19-year-old Bronny was born just before the start of his father's second NBA season.
