North Korea has adopted a new constitution where the neighboring country South Korea is referred to as a "hostile state", reports the state-run North Korean news agency KCNA.
The constitutional amendment comes at a time when the relationship between North Korea and South Korea is at an all-time low.
Earlier in the week, North Korea blew up parts of the roads that connect the two countries.
