Supporters of pro-Iranian groups have stormed premises belonging to a Saudi TV channel in Iraq's capital Baghdad.
Up to 500 people are reported to have attacked the Saudi MBC's studios on Friday night. The storming occurred after the channel called commanders within Iran-backed militia groups "terrorists". Among others, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar and Ismail Haniya were mentioned, all of whom were killed in recent months.
According to sources within the Interior Ministry, the group is said to have destroyed computers and other equipment and set fire to parts of the building.
