A girl from Skåne has been convicted of defamation since she pointed out her former best friend as a rapist in a video on Tiktok, reports Expressen.
It was a quarrel that led to the then 16-year-old girl publishing a video in August last year where she mentioned the boy by name with the text "Once a rapist, always a rapist".
She is sentenced to pay 30 daily fines of 50 kronor, a total of 1,500 kronor. The boy's claim for damages was dismissed.
