The former national team forward scored the 4-1 goal in a third period where Frölunda went from 1-1 to 5-2.
Klingberg had been benched for a while and started the Saturday meeting as the 13th forward.
I don't know how much you want to say about this, I've put the lid on, but it's fun to score, he says.
About going into the national team break as league leaders, he says:
It's really fun that we're leading, but it doesn't matter who's leading now, it's after 52 rounds that count.
Two goals in 80 seconds
The successful newcomers Brynäs started best, but Frölunda finished strongest in the top meeting at Scandinavium.
Frölunda took their fifth straight win, and their tenth in the last eleven matches, after 80 dazzling seconds in the middle of the third period:
+ Isac Born swept in 2-1 after 9.41 on his own rebound since the puck had ended up behind the newly selected national team goalkeeper Erik Källgren in Brynäs.
+ Erik Thorell shot 3-1 from close range via Källgren after Arttu Ruotsalainen had shaken off opponents behind the goal. Time: 11.01.
Just 3.40 seconds later, Klingberg also set 4-1.
Jack Kopacka could reduce, but Max Friberg became a two-goal scorer when he made it 5-2 in an empty net.
Long winning streak broken
Brynäs, who had their winning streak of eight matches broken, took a game-wise grip on the top meeting in the first period. The team won the shots with 17-6, but it still stood only 1-1 on the board after the initial 20 minutes.
Max Friberg was alert and took the kitchen route when it became empty in front of the Brynäs goal and could set 1-0.
Defender Johannes Kinnvall equalized to 1-1 and breathed a sigh of relief after the season's first full hit.
It was so clearly nice. I think I've had quite a few chances, now it finally went in. I want to be an offensive defender. You get frustrated when the goals don't come, he says to TV4 Play.
But Kinnvall's goal didn't play such a big role this Saturday - Frölunda was too strong in the end.
