The hard rock guitarist Jake E Lee is being cared for at a hospital after being shot with multiple bullets in Las Vegas on Tuesday night.
A representative for Lee confirms in a statement that he was shot and that he is conscious and "is expected to make a full recovery".
The 67-year-old joined Ozzy Osbourne in 1982 and played with him until 1987. He has also played in several other constellations and visited Sweden Rock in 2014 with his band Red Dragon Cartel.
