Denmark's former Minister of Trade Henrik Sass Larsen (S) has been charged with possession of thousands of images depicting child abuse.
In total, it involves more than 6,200 images and more than 2,200 film sequences, according to the indictment. He is also alleged to have possessed a child sex doll, according to the prosecution.
Sass Larsen, who was Minister of Trade and Growth in Denmark from 2013 to 2015, has through his defense attorney announced that he denies all charges brought against him.
"I have never harmed a child and I will never do so", he said in a press release on Sunday.
