In the center stands a 23-year-old man from Södertälje, who Customs caught up with in connection with a record seizure of narcotics in Värmland in the autumn of 2023. In July this year, the man was sentenced to ten years in prison for his involvement in the crime.

The 23-year-old, who in encrypted apps went under the alias "Top G" or "Ronaldinho", is now convicted again for aggravated narcotics offenses, including involvement in smuggling from Helsingborg.

According to Södertörn's district court, it was the 23-year-old who organized the smuggling, and the penalty value for his part amounts to ten years in prison according to the court. Since the court must take into account the sentence from July, he will instead receive an additional sentence of almost three years in prison.

In the case, a 25-year-old young mother is also convicted, who had scheduled a meeting with the 23-year-old on the same evening as he was arrested. In her home, Customs found over 50 kilograms of narcotics, including 21 kilograms of cocaine. She is sentenced to eight years in prison for two cases of aggravated narcotics offenses.

Two more people, a 27-year-old and a 24-year-old man, are convicted of aggravated narcotics offenses and accessory to crime, respectively. They receive eight and four years in prison, respectively.

"The decisive evidence for the outcome of the case has been the seizures of narcotics made in the apartment, as well as the content of the defendants' mobile phones", says Patricia Barrefelt, judge and chairman of the case, in a comment.
