Many of Tele2's and Comviq's users experienced problems with making calls, receiving calls, and sending SMS during Tuesday afternoon.
Later, Tele2 announced that the problems should be resolved.
We had a service disruption that affected the mobile network, says Jessica Hjälmered, communicator at Tele2.
Customers who still have problems are advised to restart their phones.
According to the service Downdetector, it was a couple of thousand users who reported some form of problem during the afternoon.
