Visitors to the amusement park Disneyland in California will now have to be prepared to pay more for their admission tickets. The owner Walt Disney has announced that ticket prices will increase by between 7 and 12 dollars, an increase of 5.9-6.5 percent.
The amusement park's ticket prices are based on demand, but they also offer tickets at a lowest price of 104 dollars, equivalent to almost 1,100 Swedish kronor. These tickets are not affected, but the price increase applies to other categories, according to CNBC.
Amusement parks in the USA have previously been questioned for raising prices too much, but the Walt Disney company has emphasized that they have kept the price of the cheapest ticket at the same level for six years.
