Many also claimed that the sale was rigged, since resellers began selling tickets for nearly 900,000 rupees (equivalent to approximately 108,000 kronor) – before they were released on the official website.

The tickets on the official website were sold at significantly lower prices, between 2,500 and 12,000 rupees, equivalent to around 300 and 1,400 kronor, respectively.

The incident has led to a discussion about the resale of tickets in India, where, among other things, bots are used to circumvent queues and buy tickets to resell. The official ticket platform received criticism for not taking sufficient measures.

The website has, however, rejected all criticism and urged fans to avoid tickets from "unauthorized sources".
