Bosnian police have arrested three people suspected of human trafficking and simultaneously rescued a large number of children, according to the authorities.
The children were found on Tuesday during a raid on a secret location in the northeastern district of Brcko. The children have now been taken to safety.
The three arrested are also suspected of child abuse.
The police have not disclosed any details about the children, such as their number, age or nationalities. However, the Croatian police state that six of the children have Croatian papers, which are being verified.
