The Svea Court of Appeal upholds the sentence of one year's youth supervision for a 16-year-old boy who took on a mission to shoot and kill a person in Copenhagen last summer.
The boy is convicted of preparation for murder and incitement to murder, as he also tried to get others to commit the murder in his place.
In police interviews, the boy said he felt pressured to take on the mission.
I didn't dare say no, he said in the interview.
The boy was arrested at the central station in Stockholm when he was about to travel to Denmark.
Another 16-year-old boy was also charged, but he was acquitted.
According to the district court's earlier verdict, it was also proven that a 14-year-old girl was guilty of aiding and abetting incitement to murder, but she could not be sentenced due to her young age.
