The billionaire and co-founder of the messaging app Telegram, Pavel Durov, is offering to pay for women's IVF treatment – if they use his sperm and thereby bear his biological children, reports Forbes.

To be eligible for the offer, a woman must be under 38 years old and in good health, and use a specific fertility clinic in Moscow, Russia.

It is a "very generous contribution to society" from "one of the world's most well-known and successful entrepreneurs of our time," according to the clinic.

Durov has previously stated that over the past 15 years, through donations to sperm banks, he has fathered more than 100 biological children in twelve different countries. He has also announced his plan to make his DNA available so that his biological children can more easily find each other.

Durov claims that he wants to encourage more healthy men to donate their sperm, and he wants to remove the stigma surrounding donations.

In late August, Pavel Durov was arrested outside Paris and has been prohibited from leaving the country. He has been accused of not taking action against criminals using Telegram to commit crimes.
