A 14-year-old shot to kill a total of 13 people in two different locations in central Stockholm. Now the district court has established that the boy is guilty of attempted murder.
Since the boy was under 15 years old at the time of the attempted murders and therefore not criminally responsible, the district court cannot impose a sentence. However, the prosecutor has requested that the court review the case in a so-called evidence investigation.
An 18-year-old man is sentenced to six years in prison for serious weapons offenses in the same case.
It was on June 10 and 11 last year that the then 14-year-old boy shot at two locations on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm on two occasions.
