At least two people have died and dozens are missing after a landslide in southwestern China, according to local authorities.
A highway bridge collapsed and parts of a village, including homes, were swept away when enormous amounts of water and earth rushed down the mountains in the Tibetan part of Sichuan Province near the Himalayan mountain range, reports state-owned CCTV.
China has been hit by several natural disasters in recent months. Earlier this summer, 38 people died in a similar landslide in Shaanxi Province. In May, 48 people died when a highway in the southern part of the country collapsed.
