Arsenal is leaving a lot of players in both the men's and women's teams. A total of 22 players are leaving the London club.
According to TV4's Football Channel, it's about players who have sat out of outgoing contracts and either chose to leave or weren't offered new contracts.
"We thank all the players who are leaving us for their contributions to the club. You will always be part of the Arsenal family," the club writes on its website.

In the women's team, one name stands out – Vivianne Miedema. The 27-year-old has been nominated for the Ballon d'Or several times, but has been plagued by serious injury problems in recent times.
