"With a more efficient organization and a strong product portfolio for the coming season, these measures will contribute to securing the company's future operations", says CEO Pavel Hajman in a press release.

200 of the services are in Sweden. In all cases, they are white-collar employees.

It is distributed across four different workplaces – Stockholm, Huskvarna, Söderköping, and Jonsered, says press chief Henrik Sjöström.

In total, it means cost savings of 500 million kronor.

The announcement comes in connection with the company's interim report for the third quarter. The company's net sales decreased by 7 percent to 9.7 billion kronor. The operating result landed at 52 million kronor, which can be compared to the profit of 398 million kronor for the same period last year.
