The company shall therefore pay a penalty fee of 750,000 kronor, writes FI in a press release.

The regulatory breach – reported by the Stockholm Stock Exchange – is alleged to have been committed in the form of inadequate information provision regarding a bond agreement – a loan of 250 million kronor – from the listed company in December 2022.

The agreement contained conditions that the company was obliged to inform the market about according to FI, concerning a possibility of redemption of the bonds and a future new share issue. But it was not until April 2023 that this was made public in a press release.
