Fines Proposed for Parents Refusing Child Welfare Assistance
Parents who do not accept help for their children at risk should be able to be subject to a fine. It may sound harsh, but we do it because one should take their parental responsibility, says Minister for Social Services Camilla Waltersson Grönvall (The Moderate Party).
