Public transport prices halved for six months from July 1 to December 31, 2026

The government is giving the regions the opportunity to halve the price of monthly public transport passes. The reduction will apply from 1 July to the end of the year. "We are trying to get the Swedish people through a fairly complicated time in terms of security and finances," says Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M).
