Influencer Katrin Zytomierska has been fined 200,000 kronor for unauthorised use of ABBA's music in an advert, reports Expressen.
According to a verdict in the Stockholm District Court, Zytomierska's company Clean Eating is to pay 100,000 kronor each to record companies Polar and Universal, as well as pay court costs of 500,000 kronor.
It was in 2022 that Zytomierska's company used the song in an advert. Earlier this year, the Patent and Market Court ruled that Zytomierska and Clean Eating were to pay 1.25 million kronor for incorrect advertising labelling on Instagram.
