Instead of hugging the artist, the woman, who is in her 50s, allegedly kissed him. Jin is said to have reacted to the action by turning away his face, according to BBC.
The situation has upset other fans and one of them reported the incident to the police.
The Korean police are now looking for the woman after allegations of sexual harassment.
