A woman in her 40s in Mora has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder of a man of approximately the same age.
The police were alerted about an injured person in a residence at 19:33 on Monday evening.
When we arrived at the scene, we found an injured man who had been stabbed, says Matilda Borgström, duty officer at the police.
Shortly thereafter, the woman was arrested and later detained during the night into Tuesday. It is unclear what relationship the man and woman have.
It's difficult to say how seriously injured he is, but he has been taken to hospital, says Borgström.
