It was during the spring and summer last year that the boy handed out murder assignments in Sweden and Denmark to other teenagers via social media.

He was arrested with his dad and stepmom in Alicante in November last year, after a collaboration between Europol and Swedish, Danish and Spanish police.

Sentenced for assistance

He is sentenced for assistance to two attempted murders, attempted extortion and extortion. He denies all the crimes.

The prosecutor had requested that he be sentenced for attempted murder. According to the district court, however, there is not enough evidence to sentence the boy as an accomplice, but it is established that he encouraged with advice in chat messages.

The district court also states in a verdict that he made himself guilty of assistance to preparation for murder, which he committed before he turned 15.

Linked to jordgubben

The parents of a boy who failed with his murder assignment would have been threatened to have their home blown up by the 16-year-old if they did not pay their son's "debt".

According to the verdict, the boy can be linked to the gang leader Ismail Abdo, also called jordgubben, who had a conflict with Comanches in Denmark and Foxtrot leader Rawa Majid in Sweden.

The dad and stepmom have not been prosecuted for violent crimes, but are prosecuted in a case that includes, among other things, drug offenses.
