Västergötland caught up with a two-goal deficit against Södermanland and won TV-pucken with 4–3 after overtime.

Captain Lova Torsson, IFK Falköping, became the overtime hero.

I've dreamed about this since I was little. It's so damn nice to see it go in, she says to SVT about the deciding goal that came with eleven seconds left of overtime.

Another matchwinner was Moa Stridh who scored all three of Västergötland's goals during regular match time when the team caught up from 1–3 to 3–3 after the break. In total, Stridh scored seven goals in three playoff matches.

This is the first time Västergötland wins TV-pucken on the girls' side.

In the boys' final, Småland was superior and defeated Västerbotten with 7–1. Milo Helte and Josef Krantz became two-goal scorers for Småland, which took its first win in the boys' tournament since 2008.
