Pryklason Clas Ohlson made a profit of 65 million kronor for the last quarter (February-April) in the company's unaudited financial year. During the corresponding period last year, it was a loss of 7 million kronor.

Sales revenues, excluding the acquired Spares Group, increased by 12% to 2 billion kronor.

The board of directors proposes a dividend to shareholders of 4.25 kronor per share, plus 2.75 kronor compared to last year.

"For the first time since 2016/17, we have closed a fourth quarter with a positive result," writes CEO Kristofer Tonström in the report.
