Three cars were hit by stones on the E6 north of Halmstad in November and now a man in his 20s is being sentenced for aggravated assault, reports SVT News Halland.
A stone penetrated the windshield of one of the cars and hit a person in the neck and shoulder. The man is being sentenced to forensic psychiatric care, since an investigation has shown that he committed the crimes under the influence of a serious mental disorder. He is to pay 190,000 kronor in damages to the three victims.
