Six people were charged after a hand grenade was thrown into a billiard hall in the Malmö area of Almhög – just before midnight on New Year's Eve.
Now, five of them are being sentenced, reports SVT Skåne.
The Malmö District Court has determined that one of them, a 60-year-old man, procured the hand grenade. He then gave orders to the other four men to blow up the entrance to the premises.
The man is being sentenced to two years and three months in prison.
The other four men are being sentenced to two years and four months in prison for violating the law on flammable and explosive goods and gross unlawful threats, writes SVT. The sixth man was acquitted.
All of them deny the crime.
