Seven minutes after the first alarm about the mass shooting, at 12:40, the first police patrols entered Campus Risbergska in Örebro. Three minutes later, at 12:43, they were fired upon by the perpetrator.

In a video that SVT News has accessed, the details of the perpetrator's last minutes are clarified. At a press conference last week, the police stated that Rickard Andersson fired two shots after they entered the school. One shotgun blast that did not hit anyone and one shot that ended his own life, at 12:45. However, in the video, eleven explosions are heard between 12:43:21 and 12:45:02. According to the police, these were shots aimed at the police patrols.

"Based on the situation picture we have today, there is every reason to believe that all these shots were aimed at the police and no one else," the police in Bergslagen write to SVT.

The two shots mentioned earlier were never heard, since the perpetrator was then in a classroom with closed fire doors.

During the two minutes that the perpetrator shot at the police, the fire was not returned, since the police could not shoot safely, with the possibility of hitting.

According to the police, the perpetrator ended his life at 12:45 and was later found dead in the classroom at 13:40.
