An item in TV4's "News Morning" is rejected by the Review Board. The item dealt with the "death mines" in Congo-Kinshasa, which were to be shown in the program "Cold Facts" later the same day.
The News Morning presenter said, among other things, that child labor occurred in a mine that the Export Credit Guarantee Board had granted credit guarantees to, but that was not true, according to the Review Board. Child labor was instead taking place in another mine, which also emerged in "Cold Facts".
Also, "Oldsberg – a boundless giant" on SVT Play is rejected after a brand and logo appeared on a shirt – "unjustified promotion of commercial interests", according to the Review Board.
