The multiple Oscar-winning director Francis Ford Coppola was taken to hospital urgently in Italy on Tuesday, writes Newsweek.
According to several media outlets, he has been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
Coppola was in Italy for the Magna Graecia film festival, where his latest film "Megalopolis" is being shown.
The 86-year-old director is known, among other things, for films like "The Godfather" and "Apocalypse Now".
