"Above all, we're making the album because the joy has returned and because all these talented artists wanted to collaborate with us", the band says in a press release.
The day before the album release on March 28, the group returns to the Paris Opera with the performance "Appartement", 25 years after the premiere of Mats Ek's 80-year-old ballet. It will be performed 18 times on the French national stage.
Fläskkvartetten now consists of Mattias Helldén, Örjan Högberg, and Chrille Olsson. Cellist Sebastian Öberg left the group in 2017 after a lawsuit between the members.
The band was formed in the mid-80s and has collaborated with a number of well-known Swedish artists. The big breakthrough came with the album "Flow" in 1993, where Freddie Wadling and Tim Wolde sang.
On March 21, the single "Enough" with Esther and Jelly Crystal will be released.
