Recently, it became clear that the food company Axfood got the thumbs up from the Competition Authority to buy the competitor City Gross.
In connection with Axfood becoming the new owner, City Gross gets a new board of directors where Patrick Grabenbauer becomes the new CEO, the food chain announces in a press release.
Grabenbauer was previously marketing manager at Willys.
