There will be no strike from Sweden's Teachers. The reason is that the union has signed an agreement on collective agreement with Birger Jarl's upper secondary school in Stockholm, writes the union in a press release.
"It's a major victory that Sweden's Teachers' members at this school finally get the conditions and rights they have wanted and demanded", says Elisabet Mossberg, deputy chief negotiator at the union.
Concretely, it involves, for example, full pension contributions and the possibility of parental benefit supplements, sickness benefit supplements, overtime supplements, and overtime compensation.
