A rain similar to a cloudburst is moving in over parts of Västerbotten on Wednesday.
According to SMHI, the showers can be powerful and a yellow warning has been issued along the coast between 02 and 12 o'clock.
As a result of the large amount of rain in a short time, there is a risk of flooding in basements and stormwater systems, roads and viaducts.
In total, it is estimated that between 30 and 50 millimeters of rain will come. The cloudburst is an aftereffect of the storm Floris, which is now moving in over the west coast and is bringing a low-pressure system with it northwards.
