A 17-year-old Swedish teenager is sentenced to six and a half years in prison by the Copenhagen City Court for an attempted murder targeting the Comanches motorcycle club's clubhouse in Brøndby, just west of Copenhagen.
According to prosecutor Alexander Scheel, it's a case of a so-called contract killing.
The networks, which (the 17-year-old Swede) was hired by, are still active. If it continues, it can have far-reaching consequences, he says.
The court has emphasized that the teenager was willing and capable of carrying out the attempted murder. For example, someone wrote: "If you don't want to, bro, just say so". In connection with the message, the teenager did not express any desire to back out.
It was in April last year that the teenager received a pistol from a 30-year-old Danish woman. The plan was for him to shoot at one or more people, which failed because there were no people at the motorcycle club's clubhouse. The woman is also sentenced for her involvement in the attempted murder. Her sentence is set to seven and a half years in prison.
