A 26-year-old woman from Norrköping, who was sentenced to prison last summer for preparation to murder, has had her sentence increased from five and a half years to seven years in prison by the court of appeal, reports P4 Östergötland.
The woman was one of several people sentenced for planning a murder that was prevented thanks to a relative sounding the alarm and a 15-year-old boy being prevented from shooting someone.
The 15-year-old was hired to commit a murder in Norrköping and was equipped with an automatic carbine, clothes, and a disguise. The woman is said to have, among other things, arranged for a ticket to and accommodation in Norrköping prior to the planned crime.
The plans were stopped because the 15-year-old's family called the police. According to the prosecutor, the boy was then "on his way out to shoot the victim".
