The star chef Tommy Myllymäki loses a rental dispute over the Julita inn and is forced to leave after 17 years.
His company must also pay nearly 300,000 kronor in unpaid rent, "unauthorized use" of the premises, and the opposing party's legal costs, reports Katrineholms-Kuriren.
It was last autumn that Myllymäki, who, among other things, runs the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Aira, was terminated from the lease on Julita farm due to a dispute over the rent.
The Nordic Museum, which owns the farm, has since then pursued the matter legally. Last week, the dispute was settled in Nyköping District Court, which largely follows the museum's line, meaning that the chef is forced to leave.
The newspaper has been in contact with Myllymäki, who declines to comment.
