When the TV series "Peaky Blinders" becomes a film on Netflix, the lead actor Cillian Murphy will be joined by Rebecca Ferguson in one of the roles, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"Peaky Blinders" is a continuation of the TV series and is about a criminal gang in interwar Birmingham. The film will take place during World War II. Which role Ferguson will play has not been made public. Filming is expected to start in 2024.
Rebecca Ferguson was born and raised in Sweden with a Swedish father and a British-born mother, and is known from, among other things, "Dune: Part two", "Silo" and "Mission: Impossible".
