Prior to an intervention, a police officer in Östergötland mixed up a digit in an apartment number.
This led to a search warrant being carried out in the wrong residence, and the person living in the apartment being dragged out into the stairwell and briefly detained before the mistake was discovered, reports P4 Östergötland.
The Police Region East has reported the incident to the personnel liability board. The responsible police officer now risks a labor law warning.
