SVT's new satire series "At arm's length" is to poke fun at the current Swedish cultural climate. The series is a so-called mockumentary, i.e. a fictional documentary series, from the future that follows investigative reporter Jimmy Olsson. He travels around to investigate the status of culture in the country.
Jimmie Olsson plays the investigative journalist "Jimmy Olsson". He is also responsible for the series' direction.
The cast also includes Tuva Novotny, Olle Sarri, Petrina Solange, Ann Petrén and Henrik Schyffert. Some Swedish cultural personalities also play versions of themselves.
"At arm's length" consists of three episodes and will be broadcast on SVT in 2025.
