Four people have been killed in connection with the US military's attack on a ship allegedly smuggling drugs on Wednesday.
"A total of four male narco-terrorists were killed, and no American soldiers were injured," the military writes on X, according to AP.
The attack was carried out in the eastern Pacific Ocean.
According to the AFP news agency, at least 99 people have been killed in US attacks in the Caribbean and Pacific since September. The attacks have been sharply criticized and have been accused of violating international law.
