Johannes Høsflot Klæbo earned barely 1.3 million kronor on his winning streak through the tour and Therese Johaug received the same amount.

The overall victory gave the Norwegians barely one million in prize money. In addition, each stage win was rewarded with 3,000 Swiss francs, equivalent to barely 37,000 kronor, and in the sprint, the winner received over 73,000 kronor.

For the Norwegian skiing queen Johaug, who made a comeback this winter after giving birth, it was the fourth overall victory in the Tour de Ski.

It was also the fourth time for Klæbo to take home the overall victory in the Tour de Ski.
