A person has been found dead after a villa fire outside Sveg during the night, reports Expressen.
The alarm came at half past three and it was a passerby who noticed the fire. When the rescue service arrived at the scene, the house was already engulfed in flames.
The police fear that the deceased is the 70-year-old man registered at the address.
The incident is being investigated as arson, since it is unclear how the fire started. The police have cordoned off the area for technical investigation.
