A dead man has been found in a locality in Sollefteå municipality on Sunday morning, reports P4 Västernorrland.
It was a group of hunters who found a car that had driven off a forest road and out into the terrain. In connection with this, the man was found dead.
According to the radio channel, an investigation into reckless driving has been initiated.
Relatives have been informed, according to the police.
