A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of murder in Norrköping.

On Monday evening, a man in his 20s was found seriously injured in the Berget area in the central parts of the city. The man was taken to hospital where he later died. The police have previously described the incident as the man being subjected to a "violent crime".

During the night against Tuesday, two men were arrested, suspected of involvement in the incident. One, who is in his 20s, has now been arrested on suspicion of murder, while the other, a man in his 30s, has been arrested on suspicion of serious weapons offenses.

"Now the investigative work continues with us holding more interrogations and conducting technical investigations", says prosecutor Michelle Stein in a press release from the Prosecution Authority.
